These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of time2money.com.sg (the “Website”), the Time2Money mobile application (the “App”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by TIME2MONEY PTE. LTD. (“Time2Money”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are false, misleading, or fraudulent.

2. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us at support@time2money.com.sg if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Use bots or automated tools to watch ads
Tamper with or manipulate ad engagement or donation tracking
Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
Interfere with the security or functionality of our Services

4. Advertisements & Earnings

Watching ads may contribute to ad revenue generation.
Users may earn points or credits — not cash, unless explicitly stated.
A portion of ad revenue is directed to social causes and campaigns.
No guarantee of payment or earnings is provided unless explicitly stated.

5. Campaigns & Donations

Contributions shown in the App or Website are based on aggregated ad revenue. While we strive for transparency, we do not guarantee third-party data accuracy. Time2Money is not responsible for how charity partners use funds once disbursed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code are owned by Time2Money.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify without prior written consent.
Advertisers retain ownership of ad content but grant Time2Money a license to display it.

7. User Content & Engagement

By posting or sharing content, you grant Time2Money a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it. You remain responsible for its legality and accuracy.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate laws. Any earned points or credits may be forfeited.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of ads, earnings, or campaign data. We are not liable for third-party content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the greater of S$100 or the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Time2Money, its officers, and partners against claims arising from your use of the Services or violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

14. Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of changes.
